Shipping Info:

At this point in time we are pleased to ship anywhere within Canada, typically using Canada Post Xpresspost service. We acknowledge that shipping can be quite costly, and we want to get your shipment to you as quickly as possible to ensure it’s fresh and delicious when it arrives. We will always choose the fastest, but least expensive option to get you your order. If you have concerns about shipping costs please get in touch.

For our local fans, there is an option to pick up your order, or a $15 flat rate shipping fee throughout the Comox Valley (excluding the gulf islands). Local chocolate orders often ship within 3 days, providing the product is in stock.

If you are in Cumberland proper, we can hand deliver for $5.

Returns:

We are committed to a quality product and will always strive to ensure you have an excellent experience with our chocolate. Please be sure to note care instructions for best freshness of your truffles.
Please contact us if you are unsatisfied and we will do what we can to make it right. However, due to the nature of food products, we are not able to accept returns – not that you would want to return any of our chocolate anyway!
