Solid chocolate is very stable and has a shelf life of up to a year if stored in a cool, dry place. Which means our bars, medallions, and drinking chocolate are all good for a year, if you can resist for that long.

 However, please note that the best way to enjoy your truffles is to eat them within 3-5 days of receipt. Shelf life can be extended to two weeks by tightly sealing and refrigerating, or longer by freezing. Please keep them sealed, for an hour or so to come to room temperature before opening and enjoying.
